Why "Off Plan"?

If you are one of the lucky ones you will have two designs to chose from both offering the same level of luxury and size of accommodation.  

Both designs bring you a huge 225m² (c. 2250 sq ft) of property, both giving you open plan living, dining and kitchen in excess of 50m² (c. 500 sq ft), with vaulted ceilings of up to 3.75m (c12ft) high. The southern aspect is a wall of glass opening on to the decked pool area with views along the valley towards the distant Pyrenees. 

Both also have floor to ceiling walls of glass to the north overlooking the Domaine vineyards, ancient terraced olive groves and hillsides beyond.

Style 1 incorporates a larger covered terrace to the south side of the villa whilst Style 2 offers a secluded seating area inside with exposed stone walls.
