Garenaud?
We at Domaine de Garenaud, are committed to the delivery of sustainable development ensuring a balance between environmental, economic and social objectives.
Construction will be carried out by local skilled artisans and will make considerable use of local stone, as well as wood and glass. Additionally, the designs are based around the concept "bioclimatique". The principals of which are:
1. To manage solar
radiation, the effects of the wind
and other environmental factors
2. To maximise the heat from sunlight in winter
3. To reflect the heat in summer
4. To manage the heat throughout the property
